Lake Kournas, Argyroupoli & Olive Mill — Private Tour from Chania

Overview
This private tour is perfect if you want variety without long driving hours: a beautiful lake, a traditional village with flowing springs, a beach stop, and a taste of Crete’s most important product — olive oil.
We start from Chania and head east toward Lake Kournas, the island’s only natural freshwater lake. You’ll have time to walk along the shore, take photos, and (in warm months) enjoy a refreshing swim.
Next, we visit Argyroupoli, a charming village known for its historic springs, greenery and old ruins. It’s an ideal place for a relaxed walk and a coffee stop surrounded by running water and shade.
After that, we continue to Georgioupoli for a seaside break — a wide sandy beach that’s great for sunbathing and swimming. Finally, we stop at a local olive mill, where you can learn how olive oil is produced and taste fresh olive oil (and optionally shop for local products).
The pace is flexible, and we can adjust timing depending on your group and the season.
A relaxed day of nature, villages and local flavors — swim at Crete’s only natural freshwater lake, explore the springs of Argyroupoli, enjoy Georgioupoli beach, and taste fresh olive oil.
